COMPETITION
Nick’s foundation as a skier is a 13 year career competing in International Freeride as a part of the Freeride World Tour and IFSA and Freeskiing World Tour systems. Nick’s debut in freeride competition came in Verbier, Switzerland in 2014 with entry into his first World Qualifier events at Verbier Freeride Week. Fast-forward over a decade later, Nick has competed around the world including in France, Slovakia, Japan, Switzerland, Austria, USA and his native Canada. In recent years, Nick’s focus in competing has been closer to home, just across the border in the North Eastern USA where he has captured podiums and victories.

Brand Ambassadorship
Since 2014, Nick has been heavily involved in athlete ambassadorship representing some of the top brands in the ski industry. Nick has maintained sponsorships and ambassadorships with K2 Skis, Peak Performance and Smith Optics for over a decade. For 5 years Nick has been the Canadian face of the “Ikon Pass Crew” a team of athletes assembled by Alterra Mountain Company who act as International ambassadors and content creators for the multi-destination ski pass Ikon Pass. Working with Alterra has strengthened Nick’s relationship with his Quebec-based home mountain, Mont Tremblant. Nick is an ambassador for Swany Gloves as has done brand deals and collabs with major winter sports and multi-media brands such as Insta360, HoverAir, Remind Insoles and more.

CONTENT CREATION
Nick has always been a content creator throughout the course of his ski career with different focuses as media outlets changed and social media began to take over. Nick has had web-series with major ski publications, hosted his own podcast on Spotify called Freeski Files and even authored articles for publications like Freeskier. In recent years, Nick has become a skilled social media and YouTube content creator with many of his reels and shorts garnering millions of views. Much of Nick’s content focuses on freeride skiing, storytelling, Mont Tremblant and ski travel.
